Pilar Maesner is bringing over two decades of experience in the legal industry, specializing in real estate, land use and construction law. She has also gained a unique perspective of the Treasure Valley’s real estate with her expertise in real estate photography. We are so excited to welcome her to the Amherst Madison family!
Pilar Maesner is a Realtor® with broad experience that spans the legal, construction, and photography side of real estate. In addition to possessing expert knowledge of the Idaho real estate market, she understands the wants and needs of those who are seeking to buy or sell residential real estate.
Even before acquiring her real estate license, Pilar worked for more than two decades in the legal industry, specializing in real estate, land use and construction law. She also worked in construction management and in the Nevada mining industry. Gaining in-depth experience in the design, permitting and construction phases of housing developments and destination resorts as well as plants and refineries throughout her career.
Currently residing in the Treasure Valley, Pilar was born and raised in Southern California and later made residence in Oregon and Nevada before making her way to Idaho. As a professional photographer for the past seventeen years, Pilar has mastered the art of real estate photography, and since her move to the Treasure Valley, she has been a prolific photographer of listings in the area. It has truly given her a unique perspective on the region’s real estate.

Happily married with two amazing kids, Pilar and her family recently moved to the Boise area. From outdoor recreation to sporting events, local gatherings and concerts, she loves to stay involved with the community and take in all that Boise and the entire state of Idaho have to offer.
