Welcoming Our Newest Associate – Nick Krobath!

Nickolaus retired from the United States Army in 2017 and had grown very accustomed to moving from house to house every few years. This sparked a desire to learn more about the Real Estate industry and assist others going through the process! He prides himself on the ability to empathize with clients seeking that perfect home for themselves and building a long-lasting relationship. We couldn’t be happier that he has found a home here with us, welcome Nick!

In 2017, I retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service. My family and I had grown accustomed to moving from station to station, house to house every few years. There were times when there was not much of a choice in where we would reside, but for those times when we could select our home, we knew what we wanted. Before ever entering into the realty business, I had learned how to research locations; school districts, neighborhoods, HOA’s, commute time and more.

Because I am very particular about what I want in a home, I am able to empathize with clients seeking that perfect home for themselves. I love building new relationships with clients, getting to know their needs, and creating a stress free experience in an otherwise stressful time. I am devoted to my field and to my clients, and therefore stay current on all Real Estate trends and technology, as well as take advantage of every marketing means available.

When I am not helping my clients, I spend my time playing sports and being with my family. I play on two local softball teams. When there are no games and when the weather complies, I can be found on the green, swinging my clubs. My family and I enjoy outdoor recreational activities; fishing, camping and hiking, and take in the occasional blockbuster movie.
