JOB SUMMARY
We are in search of the individual who has extremely high personal integrity, drive for excellence, and a passion for working together with a team. This position is meant for a highly adaptable role player with no hesitation to take action to complete time-sensitive tasks and follow through on projects and requests.

Applicants with Real Estate experience (past or current), previous employment at a real estate brokerage, or hold/held a Real Estate License are preferred. It is a requirement to display five attributes:

The principal duties of this position are performed at AM Headquarters, in an office work environment. The employee is expected to work 20-25 hours per week between the normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be expected to work additional time, if necessary, to complete their job duties.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ( Illustrative only and may vary by assignment)

• Support our agents in the use of company tools and programs as well as
general support for the growth of their business.
• Operate as the focal point for incoming support requests – immediately
respond to those requests, as appropriate.
• Respond to emails, telephone calls, and website contact form inquiries from agents, management, vendors, and other constituents
• Process new documents and calendar items
• Maintain office files while practicing company-wide file retention policies
• Collaborate with agents to accomplish brokerage goals
• Help in the on-boarding process of new agents and explain value added
services
• Handle agent requests and other concerns according to company standards
• Assist Leadership Team, VP of Career Development, and other staff in
projects, initiatives, and events

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum
knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for an individual to
satisfactorily perform each essential duty and be successful in the
position.
  • Prior experience in an office or traditional business environment
  • Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule depending on time sensitive brokerage events
  • Proficient with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Passionate about your work, but don't label yourself an expert — always open to learning.
  • Team Member who focuses on a "we" mentality that includes finding and providing solutions.

ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING:

  • High School Diploma
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Human Resources
  • Idaho Driver’s License
  • Must successfully pass background investigation relevant to the position, including a financial audit, and drug test.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that
must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential

The employee will be required to sit, stand, bend, stoop, grasp, type, operate a 10—Key calculation, and reach repeatedly and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
