Amherst Madison is looking for a Transaction Coordinator (TC) to join our Transactions Team and work alongside the best in the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, advanced technological skills, excellent time management skills, and perhaps most importantly will be a self-starter with internal motivation to achieve. We are looking for an individual who appreciates healthy competition, and who also knows how to be a team player. The TC will maintain a professional, positive, team centered, and supportive attitude. The Transaction Coordinator excels at improving existing processes and can strategically manage their tasks by following established processes and procedures.
Qualifications & Attributes – Required
Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities according to
critical due dates in transaction documents.
Deadline driven and extremely organized – a “zero-inbox” attitude is mandatory.
Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documentation.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize building client
High technical aptitude for a variety of software programs and workflow programs, able to
learn new programs quickly: Windows based PC programs; (i.e. OneNote, Excel, Word,
Outlook, and Google Docs).
Minimum of 1-year experience in real estate transactions is preferred but not required.
