Welcoming Our Newest Associate – Thera Smith!

This introduction is well overdue but, we’re still just as excited today as we were the first day we brought Thera Smith Walker on board! Thera is one of our newest Associates joining our fast-growing family! Her extraordinary background in the industry is not just local but, global. Her achievements, experience, knowledge and work ethic make her an incredible addition and we can’t wait to work alongside her!

Thera has a very colorful background and experience in real estate. She has had the privilege to manage multiple real estate, financial and educational seminars for various training companies in most major US, Canadian, UK, Australian, and Asian cities. Blessed with the background of personally experiencing different real estate markets and cultures has provided a solid understanding of conditions and relativity to her new clients moving to Boise from out of state.

Thera also has a wealth of experience in various avenues of business, property management, coaching, entertainment and travel. She also has years of experience in event management and fundraising. Thera worked at Walt Disney World and managed events at Sea World and Reunion Resort of Orlando while volunteering with Give Kids the World and Meals on Wheels. Further, she has experience in the arena of public relations, sales, and has also acted as a legislative aide to the Montana House before choosing to make Boise her home.

Thera’s dynamic and diverse professional achievements prove her dependability and dedication to customer service and quality. She has the proven ability to interface with clients and adapt to their needs to surpass expectations and find them what they want while controlling the variables in each transaction and remaining relatable so you feel like you are dealing with an honest friend.

Family and lifestyle are two of the most important things in Thera’s life. She believes no amount of money or success can take the place of time spent with family and friends and living ones life with purpose. Thera’s husband and family have been her greatest blessing and achievements.
