Biography
Matt is the #1 selling Real Estate Advisor in the state of Idaho and a founding partner at Amherst Madison. Under his leadership, the company has achieved record-breaking growth year after year. Since 2014, he has been the firm’s Top Producer, leading Bauscher Real Estate to become the #1 top-selling real estate team in the entire Pacific Northwest.
Matt is a proud Boise State University graduate, where he earned his bachelor’s degree before completing his master’s degree at Concordia University. Born and raised in the Treasure Valley, he is a fourth-generation Idahoan with deep local roots and a strong commitment to giving back.
As an active philanthropist in the Boise community, Matt takes great pride in supporting the place he calls home. He is happily married to his wife, Lindsay, and together they have two children – their daughter Nyia and their son Braylen.
