Brett Busch is a Luxury REALTOR whose drive started at a very young age along the New Jersey Shore. In his youth, he always had odd jobs, whether it be assembling Sunday papers at the local convenience store, shoveling driveways, or delivery papers with 1 of his 3 paper routes daily, early before school.

In the mid-80's, Brett moved to Honolulu, Hawaii, where his family moved to and played on the Men's Basketball Team, Hawaii Pacific University and was also the President of the Student Body his senior year. This honed his leadership and communication skills having to represent the school alongside the College President at many fund raising events.

Fast forward, Brett & his wife, Lisa, spent 30 yrs in the San Francisco, Bay Area where his passion for real estate began.  Brett spent most of those years selling IT solutions to the biggest names in area like, Google, Chevron, Salesforce, Apple to name a few.  Winning various awards and accolades over those years provided a solid financial foundation to begin investing in Real Estate throughout the US.

In 2021, Brett, Lisa and their pup, Charlie, relocated to Boise, ID to begin their next chapter. Brett loves assisting friends and clients find their dream home in the Treasure Valley or helping friends and neighbors sell their homes. His passion, energy, work-ethic and integrity shine during the process.  In their spare time, Brett & Lisa enjoy all that ID has to offer, such as: hiking, biking, paddle boarding, boating, snow shoeing, motorcycling and anything else you can imagine outdoors.  They also enjoy spending time volunteering at kids camps and with the elderly.
