Shannon moved to the Treasure Valley in 1994 where she began a family and fell in love with everything Idaho offers. Her two sons, Zach and Jacob, are grown and live in Boise. She and her boys are avid outdoor adventurists; snow skiing, mountain biking, and recreating on the local lakes and rivers are all favorites. They are also fans of dining out at every new restaurant in town. When not working or playing, Shannon relaxes by entertaining for family and friends, cooking, reading, and traveling.

Shannon has a business and customer service background, owning and operating very successful home-based businesses. Her life around real estate began as a little girl; her grandfather owned a brokerage, her grandmother was in escrow and her aunt was a successful Realtor. That same aunt encouraged her to pursue a career in real estate knowing Shannon had the work ethic and characteristics of a hard-working real estate professional. When Shannon began her real estate career in 2015, she exceeded all her expectations by quickly excelling and has been awarded the Circle of Excellence by the local Boise Regional Realtors year after year. Shannon works hard in her full-time career to help her clients find the right home to purchase, help sell their home with her proven marketing plan and works in new construction helping clients build their dream home.
