I am a quintessential Idahoan. Spending time outdoors and in nature everyday, is very important to me. I am passionate about health, nutrition, and fitness.  Being surrounded by beauty:  people, places and things, inspires and renews me. Sun Valley, McCall, Coeur d'Alene, and Red Fish Lake are my favorite places in Idaho. Raising five bright, beautiful and successful adult children in ID has been the joy of my life!

I am a strong, independent, and mature woman. Staying kind and humble, and connecting with others is important to me. Love the word grace. I cherish family and good friends. Mother Teresa is my hero. I’m passionate about cooking yummy meals with lots of flavor and quality ingredients. Hiking/walking, golf, skiing, and swimming are some the activities I enjoy.  Some of my favorite places - Half moon bay SF, Palm beach FL, Bampf Canada, Hermosa beach LA, Italy. Bryce Canyon is one of the many beautiful National parks I have visited. Love watching sports.  It is a great way to connect with my two sons, even if I am just following the score on my iPhone.

I recently retired after 17 years of federal service, worked primarily in healthcare, and now a licensed real estate agent in FL and ID; helping people live who they are is exciting and rewarding!! Being a flight attendant, based in LA, then SF, was one of my favorite jobs.

I am intellectually stimulated, and appreciate fine art. I live intentionally, and practice the art of noticing and being grateful always. I try to see awe and wonder in everything, and thank God for all I have. Just re- read, “The old Man and the sea”, by Ernest Hemingway. I do not need 20 handbags, but must have my North Face down jacket year round.
