Jaime Patocka is a Founding Partner at Amherst Madison. She is an Associate Broker and REALTOR® while also being GRI, CBR, and EPRO certified.
Jaime is responsible for building and maintaining the Transaction Management Systems. She works tirelessly to make sure Amherst Madison agents are protecting themselves and their clients by ensuring all files are in compliance, not only with the Idaho Real Estate Commission but the high standards that Amherst Madison has for their agents. She is in constant communication with the agents, so they know the status of every document on every file. Her wealth of knowledge is undeniable, with being a Realtor for over 20 years, in three different states and in every market situation possible. While she is an expert at Short Sales and first-time buyers, her true passion is helping other agents and clients succeed and being a resource for them.
When Jaime is not busy with Real Estate, she is usually at the softball and baseball fields, tennis courts, or camping with her amazing husband and two spectacular children.
