Amherst Madison Coaches are ready and willing to help their fellow agents reach new heights of success. These individuals are familiar with the Amherst Madison sales methodology and prepared to instruct both new and experienced agents alike in that methodology. In order to coach, all AM certified Coaches have attained "Partner" and attended and completed certification training by Amherst Madison's leadership. Part of the certification process is an evaluation of the coach’s knowledge and personality so that they can be properly paired with agents who are like-minded and similarly goal oriented.
If you ask anyone who knows Sandi what comes to mind when they think of her, the first words are; fun, tough, dynamic, blunt, caring, and capable.
There is a great energy around Sandi and what you see is what you get. She is a fighter. She loves competition and feeds off the energy of winning. All of these things make her a dynamite real estate agent. Before real estate, Sandi managed health clubs. Big, fancy health clubs in CA and WA. She has taught fitness classes since she was in college and still does today.
When the club she managed in Seattle was being bought out by a larger corporation and her future at the club was uncertain, Sandi decided to take a chance, and with her husband, Matt and their two daughters moved to Boise in December of 2010. They moved to the North End and Sandi got her real estate license.
Sandi wasn’t completely new to Idaho, as she attended the University of Idaho for college and is still a Vandal, through and through. Don’t worry Sandi is still a big Boise State fan as well and is proud of her new home team. From the moment she and her family arrived, she has felt like she was truly home!
Everyone loves having Sandi at the office because of her fun, entertaining, and positive energy. She is like a sponge, learns what she can from the agents in the office, thinks on her feet and cares deeply for her clients. Because of her caring nature, & fast-paced, get-it-done attitude, She has become quite an agent in demand. There is no other way to put it… She is a rock star!
Outside of real estate, Sandi still loves to teach fitness classes a few times a week, playing tennis at Crane Creek, singing in her band and cheering on her two daughters at soccer games and competitive cheer meets.
Gavin has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2003.
From 2003 to 2006 Gavin was a full time - and full contact - Real Estate Investor. Buying, fixing and reselling over 100 homes during those years. Most homes were purchased by negotiating short sales with the existing lenders. This also provided a great service to the home sellers who had no other way to sell their homes. Working with lenders, contractors, private investors, municipalities and a variety of buyers and sellers has given him an incredible foundation to service anyone's professional real estate needs.
From 2005 to 2008 Gavin partnered with the industry leading education company Nouveau Riche University and delivered real estate seminars to thousands of real estate investors and agents nationwide. He created a comprehensive Short Sale Curriculum to teach students of all levels how to get their first deals under contract and all the way to closing.
Since 2009 Gavin has been a full time Boise area Real Estate Agent, focusing on clients who need to sell their homes in a short sale situation.

Lauren Sawyer is both proud and excited to call the Treasure Valley her home. She was raised in the emergent suburbs of Boise and has paid witness to the immense growth of one of the nation’s hottest real estate markets over the past 20 years. This growth, along with the plethora of value offered by Boise, Idaho, is partially responsible for her passionate journey into real estate sales.
Lauren grew up surrounded by real estate development and investment of her close family. From a young age, she was exposed to the power, excitement, and freedom offered by the art of real estate purchase and sale. Working out, lifting weights and being a figure competitor have also been a huge part of Lauren’s life for the last 5 years. She fully embraces challenges, hard work, dedication, consistency and perseverance which parallels both real estate and fitness. When she isn’t working out or negotiating a real estate transaction, you will find Lauren dirt biking, mountain biking, skiing or hiking with her husband and two Great Danes, taking advantage of all that Idaho has to offer.
Native knowledge of the Treasure Valley has given Lauren an understanding of the Boise Valley’s hidden gems, local hot spots, and prized secrets. If you want to know the best powder stashes on the mountain, or the most peaceful cove to anchor the boat, you might just give her a call…
Currently, Lauren is focusing on the residential real estate market of the Treasure Valley. She utilizes her local knowledge, passion for helping others, and her honest nature to provide clients with an excellent home buying/selling experience. Don’t expect to walk away being anything less than good friends with Lauren, as she takes great pride in the relationships she builds with her clients. Lauren understands this can be a stressful and exciting time for her clients and she works diligently to deliver a positive experience.
There is so much to know and learn about this beautiful city. This is where Lauren brings her expertise to the table. Lauren’s knowledge, coupled with her professionalism and effervescent personality, provide a culmination of success in the real estate field.
My goal is to create The Ultimate Real Estate Experience (#TUREE) for my clients. I want to help relieve the stress of moving by striving for a smooth transaction, giving clients more time to focus on all the other aspects that come naturally with the sale or purchase of a home. I pride myself in detailed knowledge of the current market, contracts and current laws, excellent negotiation skills, and my abundant experience of transaction knowledge. Clear and open communication with all parties is key! Knowing how to predict challenges that come with a sale, and how to overcome them to a successful closing is one of my greatest skills. I strive to exceed the expectations of my clients and establish a "word of mouth" referral business, creating a life time of relationships!
I started in the Real Estate industry in 2011 after purchasing my first home. It was a stressful, yet amazing experience, especially when we got the keys! I wanted to provide a better customer experience than what I had, so I immediately jumped into the real estate world. I stared as a transaction coordinator, processing other agent’s sales from start to finish, all while I was working on my license requirements. Once licensed I was able to use my skills and transaction knowledge with my own clients. I have worked on various types of sales (Standard, Short Sales, REO, HUD, Auction, Investment, Commercial and Rentals).
Not only am I a full time Realtor, but I am a full time wife and mother! I have been with my high school sweetheart since 2003, married in 2012, and we have 2 young sons. We love the great outdoors! We love hiking, fishing, camping, and hanging out at the river or lake in our free time. My family and I relocated to Boise, so I have personal first hand knowledge of what it takes to move to a new area. (And I did it 7 months pregnant, so it can be done haha!) I hope to use my personal and professional experience to be a resource to all my clients during and after the purchase or sale of their home!

He believes it better to build up rather than out in an effort to both continue the growth of Boise while still preserving the beautiful untouched land which surrounds it. A native born Oregonian, Leslie Walker is now happy to call Boise Idaho his new home. Having the opportunity to live in many places across this great nation and spending 5 year in the US Navy as Hospital Corpsman, traveling worldwide, experiencing many different people, places and culture, Boise is just the place he's been searching for. The next logical step for Leslie was to find a place to continue his real estate career which started in Central Oregon in 2005. Amherst Madison Legacy Real Estate was just the place for Leslie to expand his ongoing real estate career as both share many of the same core values.
Leslie has always been an outgoing, optimistic, dedicated and genuine person. From a young age, Leslie strove for excellence in all areas of his life. Feeling a larger sense of duty than just to himself, it was only natural Leslie found him drawn to the culture of the Armed Forces as his father served in the US Army during Vietnam. Leslie's older brother Aaron paved the way for Leslie and his youngest sister Libby, both whom joined the US Navy as their older brother had done.
From this experience, Leslie adopted strong values in honor, courage, commitment and accountability. These foundational characteristics have shaped and formed every aspect of Leslie's life to this very day. He now carries these values in the forefront of his mind when approaching any endeavor. Partnering with Amherst Madison Legacy, given their reputation for excellence is a perfect fit.
Experienced in Real Estate since 2005, Leslie got his start in New Construction homes during the “big boom” of the early 2000's. This experience helped Leslie learn how to successfully organize, manage and represent both buyers and sellers in a fast past, ever changing market. Lot site selection, construction phases, interior option selection, final inspections and document preparation/execution were all key elements in building successful relationships with clients from every walk of life.
As the real estate market continued to change, new construction gave way to a plethora of re- sale homes and the need to help represent a new class of clients who were selling 1st homes to purchase 2nd residences, investment properties and vacation homes. This presented a great challenge for Leslie as he continue to serve his past clients while continuing to work with 1st time home buyers and people new to the real estate experience. Helping his clients no matter what level of real estate planning they needed was a dynamic part of Leslie's career which he brings to every transaction today.
During the “great recession” of the mid 2000's, Leslie again found the need to redefine him as the market faulted greatly in Central Oregon and the nation. Working with short sales, foreclosures and REO properties became the norm and Leslie has great experience in these areas as well. Never letting a negative situation stand in his way, Leslie went back to school, using his GI Bill, became a Paramedic and moved to the Midwest, working in the Oil Fields. Moving closer to home in 2016, Leslie has been able to blend both professional fields of his life here in Boise, working as a Paramedic and a Realtor. Leslie embodies core values reflective of Amherst Madison Legacy and will be an asset to this agency and all clients in which he serves.

I'm a lifetime resident of Boise, and I feel fortunate to have raised my family in such a great community. My passion is family and skiing, biking, running, and playing in wonderful Idaho outdoors. I want to help other families find their dream homes so they can appreciate all the Treasure Valley has to offer.
As a natural, entrepreneurially minded person, I gravitated toward real estate when I found myself helping friends and family find and sell their homes. With my community involvement, knowledge, and resources, I always have the lowdown on which houses are for sale, where they're in the selling process and the house's condition. In addition, I have a hard work ethic, and no one will work for you as hard as I will.
I know how stressful buying or selling a house can be, and I know how important it is to connect with your agent. However, I believe integrity and commitment are essential parts of the real estate process.
I love working with people and want to give you only the best possible experience you deserve.
Customer service and client relationships are always my number one priority. When you work with me as a client, I promise to keep you informed through every step of the process, will always be available to answer questions, and I'll help you discern what you're looking for and how to get it.
My career as an elementary school teacher fulfilled a life long dream I had of being an educator. Building relationships, championing students to conquer the curriculum, and celebrating success along the way was an amazing career. Never did I plan on stepping away from my classroom, but having children changed my focus. I took time off to stay home with our young children. Taking the time to raise our babies was a life changing experience for me.
I got the chance to dig deep and find my true passion. Home has always been my favorite. The ability to visualize a house becoming a home, the feeling of comfort that comes from home, and the financial benefits of building wealth while living life drew me to this career. My family has a 50 year history in the Treasure Valley in real estate, development, and home building. So many reasons why I ran toward Real Estate. Helping my clients as they navigate buying or selling a home, as they pursue the American Dream, is my calling.
As an educator, I realized that building relationships with my students was a key factor in guiding them through the curriculum. The trust and respect developed and together we accomplished all their goals. How easily this relates to my career in Real Estate. My number one goal as a Realtor is to build a relationship with my clients, so I can serve them to the highest of their needs. The promise I can make to you is that I will listen to you, negotiate with your best interests in mind, and educate you to the process of buying and selling a home. Beyond our transaction, you will find continuous service through my Client Appreciation Program. I will continue to educate myself and be a solid source for information about the Housing Market in the Treasure Valley. You are the heart of my business; my aim will always be to serve you.
Our community is very important to me, so I choose to be an active member. Volunteering in my kid's classroom, being a PTA parent, and a school board member for preschool allow me to give back and use my teaching background. I am also actively involved in my South East Boise neighborhood, volunteering to be a part of the Homeowners Association Board. Charity events are also a large part of giving back to our community.
When not working, you will find me enjoying all Idaho has to offer with my husband, and our two kids. Boise and the Treasure Valley have so much to offer and we love living here. You can find us spending time along the Boise River, enjoying the Greenbelt, spending the day at a local park or Lucky Peak, or having brunch at our favorite spot downtown. We also love to spend time up in the mountains, either skiing in the winter, or hiking, boating and exploring in the summer & fall. The beauty Idaho is our playground and we take full advantage of living here.
Whatever your real estate needs, I would love to serve you. Please don't ever hesitate to contact me for questions on the housing market, a referral to a service provider, or information about living in the Treasure Valley. I am here to help!
With a passion for connecting others, Arden's vision is contagious. Growing up, she lived in several states across the US, and found a place to plant roots in Eagle, ID. Raised in Oregon, I moved to Idaho in 2014 and instantly felt why the term "Idahome" is used. My family and I couldn't feel more at home here. Real Estate Advisor, and educator at Amherst Madison. After graduating with my Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University I moved back home to Boise and continued my career at lululemon. In 2020 I stepped away from the luxury retail industry after 6 years to pursue a career in Real Estate.
I was raised in the business of real estate from my dad, who specializes in Residential and grandfather in Commercial. I have always been interested in the real estate world, but what really brought me here was the experience of purchasing a home in 2018. The joy that comes from home ownership is something I want all of my clients to experience for themselves.
As an Idaho native, I actively enjoy all that Idaho has to offer. I know the city well and am excited to show you around.
I am honored to be able to support, educate, and advise you through your home sales and purchasing transactions. Let’s grab a cup of coffee and connect.
