Gavin has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2003.

From 2003 to 2006 Gavin was a full time - and full contact - Real Estate Investor. Buying, fixing and reselling over 100 homes during those years. From 2005 to 2008 Gavin partnered with the industry leading education company Nouveau Riche University and delivered real estate seminars to thousands of real estate investors and agents nationwide. He created a comprehensive Short Sale Curriculum to teach students of all levels how to get their first deals under contract and all the way to closing.

Since 2009 Gavin has been a full time Boise area Real Estate Agent, focusing on clients who need to sell their homes in a short sale situation.

Stacey Bittick

My goal is to create The Ultimate Real Estate Experience (#TUREE) for my clients. I want to help relieve the stress of moving by striving for a smooth transaction, giving clients more time to focus on all the other aspects that come naturally with the sale or purchase of a home. I pride myself in detailed knowledge of the current market, contracts and current laws, excellent negotiation skills, and my abundant experience of transaction knowledge. Clear and open communication with all parties is key! Knowing how to predict challenges that come with a sale, and how to overcome them to a successful closing is one of my greatest skills. I strive to exceed the expectations of my clients and establish a "word of mouth" referral business, creating a life time of relationships!

I started in the Real Estate industry in 2011 after purchasing my first home. It was a stressful, yet amazing experience, especially when we got the keys! I wanted to provide a better customer experience than what I had, so I immediately jumped into the real estate world. I stared as a transaction coordinator, processing other agent’s sales from start to finish, all while I was working on my license requirements. Once licensed I was able to use my skills and transaction knowledge with my own clients. I have worked on various types of sales (Standard, Short Sales, REO, HUD, Auction, Investment, Commercial and Rentals).

Not only am I a full time Realtor, but I am a full time wife and mother! I have been with my high school sweetheart since 2003, married in 2012, and we have 2 young sons. We love the great outdoors! We love hiking, fishing, camping, and hanging out at the river or lake in our free time. My family and I relocated to Boise, so I have personal first hand knowledge of what it takes to move to a new area. (And I did it 7 months pregnant, so it can be done haha!) I hope to use my personal and professional experience to be a resource to all my clients during and after the purchase or sale of their home!

Matt Weston has worked hard to become a prominent figure in the Boise community who has taken great pride in furthering the Treasure Valley. It is here where Matt is able to take advantage of the opportunity to build upon groundworks which have already been laid. He believes it better to build up rather than out in an effort to both continue the growth of Boise while still preserving the beautiful untouched land which surrounds it. Matt prides his business on building with a purpose, meaning he is intentional with every project, and believes that each new construction will help further Boise.

A native born Oregonian, Leslie Walker is now happy to call Boise Idaho his new home. Having the opportunity to live in many places across this great nation and spending 5 year in the US Navy as Hospital Corpsman, traveling worldwide, experiencing many different people, places and culture, Boise is just the place he's been searching for. The next logical step for Leslie was to find a place to continue his real estate career which started in Central Oregon in 2005. Amherst Madison Legacy Real Estate was just the place for Leslie to expand his ongoing real estate career as both share many of the same core values.

Leslie has always been an outgoing, optimistic, dedicated and genuine person. From a young age, Leslie strove for excellence in all areas of his life. Feeling a larger sense of duty than just to himself, it was only natural Leslie found him drawn to the culture of the Armed Forces as his father served in the US Army during Vietnam. Leslie's older brother Aaron paved the way for Leslie and his youngest sister Libby, both whom joined the US Navy as their older brother had done.

From this experience, Leslie adopted strong values in honor, courage, commitment and accountability. These foundational characteristics have shaped and formed every aspect of Leslie's life to this very day. He now carries these values in the forefront of his mind when approaching any endeavor. Partnering with Amherst Madison Legacy, given their reputation for excellence is a perfect fit.

Experienced in Real Estate since 2005, Leslie got his start in New Construction homes during the “big boom” of the early 2000's. This experience helped Leslie learn how to successfully organize, manage and represent both buyers and sellers in a fast past, ever changing market. Lot site selection, construction phases, interior option selection, final inspections and document preparation/execution were all key elements in building successful relationships with clients from every walk of life.

As the real estate market continued to change, new construction gave way to a plethora of re- sale homes and the need to help represent a new class of clients who were selling 1st homes to purchase 2nd residences, investment properties and vacation homes. This presented a great challenge for Leslie as he continue to serve his past clients while continuing to work with 1st time home buyers and people new to the real estate experience. Helping his clients no matter what level of real estate planning they needed was a dynamic part of Leslie's career which he brings to every transaction today.

During the “great recession” of the mid 2000's, Leslie again found the need to redefine him as the market faulted greatly in Central Oregon and the nation. Working with short sales, foreclosures and REO properties became the norm and Leslie has great experience in these areas as well. Never letting a negative situation stand in his way, Leslie went back to school, using his GI Bill, became a Paramedic and moved to the Midwest, working in the Oil Fields. Moving closer to home in 2016, Leslie has been able to blend both professional fields of his life here in Boise, working as a Paramedic and a Realtor. Leslie embodies core values reflective of Amherst Madison Legacy and will be an asset to this agency and all clients in which he serves.

I'm a lifetime resident of Boise, and I feel fortunate to have raised my family in such a great community. My passion is family and skiing, biking, running, and playing in wonderful Idaho outdoors. I want to help other families find their dream homes so they can appreciate all the Treasure Valley has to offer.

As a natural, entrepreneurially minded person, I gravitated toward real estate when I found myself helping friends and family find and sell their homes. With my community involvement, knowledge, and resources, I always have the lowdown on which houses are for sale, where they're in the selling process and the house's condition. In addition, I have a hard work ethic, and no one will work for you as hard as I will.

I know how stressful buying or selling a house can be, and I know how important it is to connect with your agent. However, I believe integrity and commitment are essential parts of the real estate process.

I love working with people and want to give you only the best possible experience you deserve.

Customer service and client relationships are always my number one priority. When you work with me as a client, I promise to keep you informed through every step of the process, will always be available to answer questions, and I'll help you discern what you're looking for and how to get it.

Erin Oldham

My career as an elementary school teacher fulfilled a life long dream I had of being an educator. Building relationships, championing students to conquer the curriculum, and celebrating success along the way was an amazing career. Never did I plan on stepping away from my classroom, but having children changed my focus. I took time off to stay home with our young children. Taking the time to raise our babies was a life changing experience for me.

I got the chance to dig deep and find my true passion. Home has always been my favorite. The ability to visualize a house becoming a home, the feeling of comfort that comes from home, and the financial benefits of building wealth while living life drew me to this career. My family has a 50 year history in the Treasure Valley in real estate, development, and home building. So many reasons why I ran toward Real Estate. Helping my clients as they navigate buying or selling a home, as they pursue the American Dream, is my calling.

As an educator, I realized that building relationships with my students was a key factor in guiding them through the curriculum. The trust and respect developed and together we accomplished all their goals. How easily this relates to my career in Real Estate. My number one goal as a Realtor is to build a relationship with my clients, so I can serve them to the highest of their needs. The promise I can make to you is that I will listen to you, negotiate with your best interests in mind, and educate you to the process of buying and selling a home. Beyond our transaction, you will find continuous service through my Client Appreciation Program. I will continue to educate myself and be a solid source for information about the Housing Market in the Treasure Valley. You are the heart of my business; my aim will always be to serve you.

Our community is very important to me, so I choose to be an active member. Volunteering in my kid's classroom, being a PTA parent, and a school board member for preschool allow me to give back and use my teaching background. I am also actively involved in my South East Boise neighborhood, volunteering to be a part of the Homeowners Association Board. Charity events are also a large part of giving back to our community.

When not working, you will find me enjoying all Idaho has to offer with my husband, and our two kids. Boise and the Treasure Valley have so much to offer and we love living here. You can find us spending time along the Boise River, enjoying the Greenbelt, spending the day at a local park or Lucky Peak, or having brunch at our favorite spot downtown. We also love to spend time up in the mountains, either skiing in the winter, or hiking, boating and exploring in the summer & fall. The beauty Idaho is our playground and we take full advantage of living here.

Whatever your real estate needs, I would love to serve you. Please don't ever hesitate to contact me for questions on the housing market, a referral to a service provider, or information about living in the Treasure Valley. I am here to help!
