Amherst Madison Real Estate Advisors hosted a Black-Tie Christmas Party and Awards Ceremony to celebrate our agents, staff, and overall success as a brokerage for 2021. We had over 160 attendees join us at our Boise Headquarters for an evening of live music, appetizers and drinks, red-carpet photoshoot, photobooth fun, a competitive white elephant gift exchange, and well-deserved recognition for agents and staff who have gone above and beyond this year.

We have an incredible group of individuals that we consider as family. Their sincere dedication, genuine enthusiasm, resilience through tough transitions, and willingness to step up to assist newcomers are only a few of the reasons we love our team here at Amherst Madison. There is a special light that each person brings with them as they enter our front doors, and a vibrant positive energy that is palpable. Our natural camaraderie is something you don’t witness every day in a typical work environment, and it is something we don’t take for granted.

This has been another big year for our thriving brokerage. 2021 brought its challenges as to be expected but reflecting on the triumphs reveals that it was well worth the growing pains. Amherst Madison opened two new offices! One new office is located in Eagle, and one is in McCall where we are partnering with Brundage Mountain Resort Realty on a recent phase 1 real estate offering of 21 single-family homes and 67 townhomes with ski-in, ski-out access at the base of Brundage Mountain Resort. We also held two successful Advisor Forums, implemented new back-office technology, revamped our coaching program, offered enhanced sales training, gained over forty new licensees, and saw large increases in closed production. At the end of the day, success is always rewarding but our love for our community is what we cherish most. Amherst Madison took part in numerous charitable and giving efforts throughout 2021 in hopes of providing a light for others who deserve to be blessed as well.

Our continued success is a direct correlation of hard work and showing up every day with the best intentions. It proves that there is an irreplaceable value in a unique part of our tradition where Amherst Madison strives to put people before profit, challenge the status quo, build true fellowship, and remain committed to service excellence. Amherst Madison’s CEO, Nick Schlekeway, spoke with conviction at our awards ceremony highlighting the path forward, “We will focus urgently on expanding the impact and reach of our core principles represented by our agents, staff, and our brand. Amherst Madison is a special place because of special people.”

Our 2021 awards were delivered with full hearts and received with absolute gratitude. Congratulations to the following individuals, we are forever grateful for your tenacity!
