Position Overview
Amherst Madison is hiring a highly creative and motivated Multimedia Content Creator to help build one of the most compelling real estate brands in the country. This role sits at the center of our agent recruiting and growth strategy, responsible for producing the content, media, and campaigns that attract top-producing agents and elevate our culture, story, and standards. You will create high-quality photo, video, design, and written content across platforms — from social media and email campaigns to direct mail, podcast-style interviews, and long-form video storytelling. Key Responsibilities
Multimedia Content Creation
- Capture and edit short-form video content for social platforms (Reels, Stories, YouTube
Shorts, etc.) - Produce and edit longer-form video assets, including interviews, training content, and
brand storytelling - Support podcast-style production workflows (lighting, sound, editing, formatting)
- Execute photo and video shoots aligned with recruiting campaigns and brand standards
- Manage and maintain social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and
YouTube - Publish consistent, high-quality multimedia content aligned with business goals
- Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
- Execute recruiting-focused email marketing campaigns designed to attract prospective
agents - Support direct mail recruiting initiatives through creative execution and coordination
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen agent attraction and retention efforts through
content
Design & Creative Asset Development
- Design across both digital and print, including recruiting collateral, templates, campaign graphics, and branded materials
- Maintain strong standards in layout, typography, and visual consistency
Collaboration & Performance
- Partner with internal teams across leadership, recruiting, marketing, and design
- Utilize project management tools (Monday.com or similar) to manage workflows
- Track engagement and peformance metrics to improve future campaigns
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong photography and video editing skills (short-form and long-form)
- Working knowledge of podcast or extended video production workflows
- Strong design instincts across print and digital media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, or similar

- Recruiting email and direct mail campaigns are executing consistently
- Social media channels reflect a modern, elevated brand presence
- Regular short-form video output highlights culture, agents, and opportunity
- Reliable workflows are established for photography, video, podcast-style content, and design assets
- You become a trusted creative partner across leadership & marketing
Portfolio Requirement
