| Twenty years ago, I moved to Boise for love and stayed for the life we could build here. That experience gave me a particular kind of empathy for the clients I work with today: thoughtful buyers relocating from Washington, California, and beyond, who are choosing Idaho as their next chapter. People come to the Treasure Valley for all kinds of reasons — to be near family, to slow down, to start over, to leave something behind. Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you came.
My work as a REALTOR centers on new construction and custom homes in the north valley: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, and Middleton. I bring a research-driven, design-aware approach to every transaction, comparing quality across builders, parsing contract language, and helping clients land in the neighborhood that fits the life they’re building. Clients describe my approach as calm, thorough, and quietly protective. I tend to attract buyers who want a real advisor who slows the process down enough to get it right and protects them from the costly mistakes that come with moving too fast in an unfamiliar market.
