Biography
With more than 22 years in the real estate industry, Kelli Lumsden has built her career on one simple philosophy: when agents succeed, everyone wins.
As Director of Agent Services & Growth Development at Amherst Madison, Kelli is passionate about equipping both new and experienced REALTORS® with the tools, systems, education, and confidence they need to build lasting, successful businesses. She believes that great brokerages don’t simply recruit agents; they develop them.
Throughout her career, Kelli has served in nearly every facet of the industry, including residential sales, luxury homes, new construction, relocation, property management, mentoring, and brokerage leadership. Today, her focus is helping agents streamline their businesses through proven systems, CRM implementation, marketing strategies, social media, contract support, technology, relationship building, and business development. She is especially passionate about creating a culture where agents feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.
Licensed in both Idaho and Arizona, Kelli is also actively involved in expanding Amherst Madison’s presence through recruiting, training, strategic partnerships, and agent development initiatives. Whether she is leading onboarding, teaching classes, speaking at industry events, or meeting one-on-one with agents, her goal is always the same: to help others reach their full potential.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Kelli is the founder of Operation Stay, a nonprofit organization dedicated to suicide prevention, healing, and mental health awareness for veterans. She is also the author of The Breaching, a memoir centered on resilience, faith, and overcoming adversity.
At the heart of everything Kelli does is a commitment to service. Whether helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest investments or helping agents build the careers they’ve envisioned, she believes success is built through relationships, integrity, education, and a genuine desire to see others thrive.
