As a licensed Agent with Amherst Madison you have the opportunity to make passive income when referring Agents to join the Brokerage. When an Agent you refer to Amherst officially associates their license with us, you then become their “Sponsor of Record” and receive the below monetary rewards for your referring activity/results. Note: the referred Agent coming into the Brokerage must formally acknowledge you as their Sponsor in order for you to receive the below compensation.

    Sponsor receives 20% of brokerate-side GCI
    Max $3,000 Year One - $1,500 annually thereafter
    5 Per Year = $30K per year revenue by year three
    Applies to referred Agents who pay a full/annual cap
