The list, now in its sixth year, ranks the most productive agents by state and metropolitan area based on closed transaction sides and closed volume. Matt Bauscher, Founding Partner and Top Producer at Amherst Madison Real Estate, has ranked #2 for volume and #4 for transaction sides in the state of Idaho.


Matt Bauscher has been named the youngest real estate agent in Idaho’s history to sell over 100 properties in three consecutive years, 2016 through 2018. With a 3-year growth of 318%, Matt has secured his position as the top single agent in the Treasure Valley. Over 13,800 real estate sales associates from every state are featured. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2017. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.


The individuals ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 73.88 transaction sides and an average sales volume of almost $38 million. “The average residential real estate agent in the United States closed 8.0 transactions in 2017 and had less than $1.3 million in sales,” said Murray. Teams ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 147.4 sides and an average sales volume a little over $62 million. This ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list.
